About Brian Flook, MIRM:
Brian is President and Founder of Power Marketing & Advertising, LLC and Brian Flook Group; a published author; speaker, and motivator. He is actively involved with the National Association of Homebuilders, where he has held committee positions including Trustee for the Institute of Residential Marketing, is a member of the National Sales and Marketing Council, the Building Systems Council and The Greater Western Maryland Sales and Marketing Council. Brian is a licensed broker in Maryland, serves on the Executive board of the Hagerstown-Washington County Chamber of Commerce and is involved in several other local businesses. He has a bachelor’s degree in leadership development from Wheeling Jesuit University and a minor in business administration.

Brian’s passion for learning new-home marketing principles began in 1987 when he worked for a large regional builder. His passion for teaching these principles took root in 1992 when he formed Power Marketing & Advertising, Inc. At the time, his goal was to create a one-stop marketing resource for builders, developers and real estate professionals – and he did. Since then, his company has worked with homebuilders, building contractors and real estate professionals to strategically improve their marketing efforts. From creating a selling environment that facilitate the selling process to improving your Internet presence, BFG knows real estate marketing.
